Privacy Policy

Overview

We use what you send to phone you about your garage door and to pass the request to one company that covers your area. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.

This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it.

Details you provide

• Your name and phone number, and an email address if you add one.
• Your city or neighborhood.
• What the door is doing, the repair type you selected and any message.
• Photos of the door, if you choose to send them later — for example by text after we phone you — used only to prepare the visit.

Technical data

Our hosting provider keeps routine logs of page visits: the page, time, browser, approximate location of the connection and referring page. We count call-button taps and form submissions to see which pages help visitors. We don't run advertising trackers.

A small amount of data may be kept in your browser so the call-back window and forms work properly. It isn't used to track you on other sites, and clearing your browser data removes it.

How it's used

To phone you back, schedule the visit, share your request with the company doing the work and follow up afterward. Anonymous totals, like requests by city, help us improve the site. We don't send marketing messages.

We won't call you about anything other than the request you made, and we won't add you to any mailing list.

Who receives it

One independent garage door company covering your area receives your name, phone number, area and description of the problem. Providers that host the site, deliver form emails and route our email process data only to deliver those services.

We never publish your details, and the company that receives them may use them only to contact you about this request and carry out the work.

Retention

Requests are kept for up to two years for follow-ups and any complaint about a repair, then deleted unless the law requires longer. Spam and test entries are removed sooner.

If you'd like your request deleted sooner, ask and we'll remove it, unless it's needed to resolve an open complaint.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, request corrections or ask for deletion by emailing the address below. There's no charge and no reason needed.

We'll confirm when a deletion or correction has been made.

Children

The site is for adults arranging repairs. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
